Inspired by a traditional Chinese remedy, Esprit du Tigre (Spirit of the Tiger) has an intriguing character that combines the coolness of mint with the heat of sweet spice. The orange burst of cardamom and the sugared cinnamon temper the camphorous sharpness of Esprit du Tigre.
