The fragrance is contained in a miniature hat box, lined with Stephen’s signature mauve. The mouth blown bottle of white opalescent glass is wrapped in milliner's veiling.
Under Stephen's direction, Comme des Garçons with the nose Nathalie Feisthauer of Symrise have created a new fragrance which is the Positive to the first fragrance's Negative and full of contrasts: clean but seductive, familiar yet strange, futuristic and rococo.
It all started with a chance encounter thirty years ago when Stephen Jones met Rei Kawakubo in Anchorage, Alaska and the accord which was immediately struck between the master milliner and the Japanese iconoclast continues to this day. Since then Stephen has created hats for many Comme des Garcons collections, as well as introducing the Stephen Jones 1 hats sold exclusively in Dover Street Market in London, Tokyo and the newly opened Dover Street Market New York.
