Shipping & Return Policy
We are shipping your order with a 3rd party carrier when completing the check out. Once your order leaves our premises, we will not be responsible for any losses, damages or delays.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY!
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchange. Furthermore AEDES.COM cannot be held responsible for any claims after 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it (unbroken cellophane wrapping).
For the exchanges free shipping does not apply!

Returns for Exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and e-mail a digital store credit to you.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
