SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers. AEDES.COM reserves the right to select the shipping provider most appropriate for your order, regardless of the carrier displayed during checkout. This ensures the most secure and efficient delivery possible.
Once your order has left our premises, Aedes de Venustas is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we offer exchanges only—no refunds. Our policy is valid for 10 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any claims or requests for return.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

In their original condition with intact cellophane wrapping

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 1-888-233-3715 to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). This code must be clearly marked on the exterior of your return package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email and issued a digital store credit for the value of the returned merchandise.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If any refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at aedes@aedes.com within 10 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange the item for the same product, pending availability.
