Alphée - Eau de Parfum

Composed by perfumer Christophe Sheldrake, this creation honors Alphée Dubois -Grand Prix de Rome laureate and spiritual father of Spoturno - through a voyage scented with salt, stone, and sun.

Inspired by Coleridge’s “Kubla Khan,” Sheldrake envisions the sacred river as a mineral current, alive with Mediterranean citrus, myrtle leaves, and juniper berries - a hymn to the sea breeze and rugged Corsican cliffs. Spiced with pink pepper, coriander, and nutmeg, the freshness deepens into a solar heart of jasmine and orange blossom, before drifting into a serene trail of vetiver, ambrofix, and soft musks.

Perfumer Christophe Sheldrake began his career at Charabot in Grasse before joining Chanel, where his refined artistry took shape. Renowned for his visionary work with Serge Lutens, Sheldrake brings his poetic precision and bold experimentation to Spoturno, blending heritage and innovation in perfect harmony.
